How to stop constantly checking the market? Posted: 04 Feb 2021 07:57 PM PST I've been investing in the stock market for a while so I decided to begin investing in crypto a few days ago. I've started off small, putting only $100 in each of ADA, DOT & ETH. With lockdown etc., I have more time than ever before and I've noticed I am constantly checking each of them. Because I have such a small amount in each of them, I don't even plan on selling for quite a while. Obviously it's good to keep up with the news etc but I've become obsessed. I understand the whole 'if you're checking the market every minute, you shouldn't be investing' but I have only ~3 hours of online college a day so I have a lot of free time. It also doesn't help that I'm studying accounting & finance in college. Anyone have any tips? [link] [comments]

Posted: 04 Feb 2021 04:23 PM PST Finally bit the bullet and I'm trying to jump into crypto wayyy too late into the game. Just looking to play it like the stockmarket on shortterm runs. I live in NY and I've alrdy run into the bit license issue. I'm trying to buy smaller alt coins. And either a) the exchange doesn't carry it Or b) the exchange doesn't operate in NY I'm trying to get some xrp and dot. Among others. I've tried coinbase, webull, kraken, robinhood, public, cashapp, Gemini, binance international which kicked me to binance.us once it realized my location. Can someone direct me to exchange that will let me get into these alt coins and work in NY Or is there some kind of backdoor method using a wallet and buying internationally? Hell id even take a YouTube video on the subject. [link] [comments]
