SEC Deliberately Timed this Lawsuit to RECK XRP HODLERS Period

    Posted: 02 Jan 2021 08:27 AM PST

This is in no way a defense for Ripple, they too have done some weird shit based on the SEC Lawsuit, and I know not all is correct, and some of it was also taken out of context and so on, but there's some things that need Answers by those in charge of Ripple!

The SEC had over 5-7 years to come up with some designation for XRP, but choose to stay quiet. Despite Ripple's constant attempt to get clarity. Then all of a sudden, the entire Crypto Market heads towards a BULL RUN with BTC leading the way, and BOOOOOM, the SEC Lawsuit is launched, XRP tanks and so does most ALTs behind it.

Basically, regardless of anybody's opinions on the matter, as I'm following the evidence & the facts, the SEC Deliberately Timed this Lawsuit Release to either GAIN from it, or for some other nefarious reasons. This was NOT to protect XRP Holders, this was Deliberate to Destroy XRP Holder Values, while perhaps Enriching very talented traders? NOTHING MORE!

    Go ahead, prove me wrong....

Suit against SEC: How can non American participate?

    Posted: 02 Jan 2021 04:02 PM PST

Is there any possibility that powerful banks in America like JP Morgan with links to ultra rich and influential investors such as Warren Buffet or so called "Davos elite members" who recently invested in their own preferred crypto are influencing this? Are they feeling threatened that their currently used propietry funds transfer technology (e.g. Visa, Swift) which dominates more than 80% of worlds transactions will lose out eventually to what ripple and xrp can offer since now it is becoming more acceptable? If yes then wont this mean that the decentralized technology which crypto promotes make them "lose their influence" over the global market cap?

Gatehub losing XRP transactions - support response unacceptable

    Posted: 02 Jan 2021 09:11 AM PST

So this isn't the first time this has happened with them since Ripple moved assets to their platform a few years back. About two years ago I had some exchanges to XRP through their trading platform just disappear. Upon opening a support ticket with the TX hash they found the problem and returned the XRP back to my wallet.

Now about a week ago I had another transaction via their trading platform which I had made through them. Looking in the XRP charts it says the transaction was "successful" but looking in the wallet nothing is found all the crypto involved in the transaction is no where to be found.

In the proceeding week I've opened up a ticket with their support and I will say the initial response was pretty fast within a few hours they were "investigating" that however was at the beginning of this week. Since I've sent multiple emails to both their support and CEO of Gatehub and zero response.

If I ever get my crypto returned back to my wallet I'm moving all my assets to another platform. Absolutely unacceptable for support to go radio silence.

TL;DR: Made a transaction trade that never showed in my wallet, zero response from Gatehub support

Deleted my ETH address. Did I screw myself out of the spark airdrop?

    Posted: 02 Jan 2021 02:13 PM PST

Title pretty much says it. I kinda forgot about the spark airdrop and deleted my unused ETH address. I didn't have a lot of XRP at the snapshot so it's not a huge deal, but I want to know if there's anything I can do. On a ledger wallet if it makes any difference. Thanks.

I have an idea against the SEC.

    Posted: 02 Jan 2021 12:50 PM PST

I have an idea. We give xrp to the best law firm in the United States as a litigation fee. If the lawsuit wins against the SEC, the law firm will benefit enormously from the rise of xrp. This will maximize the law firm's will.

So crazy it might just work

    Posted: 02 Jan 2021 06:13 AM PST

I came here to beat on the dead horse. The dead horse that is this conversation. My final thoughts if you will

    - It's all strange - everything about it. You can look back and see how the lines connect but do not fail to notice just how it went down. Without getting bogged down by my ivy league law school brochure, ill keep it - simple.

Dude files suit. Not just any suit. His last-ditch, walking out the door, grenade. This raises questions. Actually, it raises a lot. The timing is most interesting, not because of the market, but because of the change in political administration. So you're not just dropping a bomb at your old work. But, now - the other team has to clean up your mess.

I have played chess. When there is a shit ton of money at stake. You think long and hard about your move and what could happen soon and/or way on down the line. You think about a lot of things.

People are moving pieces and there's a lot of money at stake. Hopefully, it's all a way to minimize damage and push an agenda. Bc otherwise your just getting hit. hard.

diversified my portfolio - It was the smart move.
