- It appears the voluntarism.dev attack on the ABC chain may have ended. An unknown miner has mined a series of very large (32MB) blocks on the ABC chain. Its mempool is now clear and many of these txns are now finalized.

I'm not here to say whether or not those attacks are justified, (although I personally would not initiate such an attack). My point is that if you disagree with the attack and conclude that "BCH must be toxic", we have to remember that its a permissionless world. I cannot stop those attacks and they shouldn't necessarily reflect on the BCH community as a whole. They are the actions of one miner or one group of miners.
