    Since Facebook announced their Libra coin, US and EU regulators have been calling for a halt in development of the coin and wanting to regulate Libra. You can do this with a centralized coin like Libra, it could not be done on decentralized coins like Bitcoin, Reserve protocol and Ethereum. On July 17th there is a hearing on Libra coin and this is what Maxine Waters, chair of the House committee was quoted saying

    "We've got to protect our consumers. We just can't allow them to go to Switzerland with all of its associates and begin to compete with the dollar."

    What will be the result of this hearing? The US politicians don't seem to be too happy about Facebook creating new economy that is competing with the US dollar. Is it to big to be shutdown or will this pave the way for other crypto currencies.

    Libra want's to bank the unbanked, but how will this be done? Since they will not be able to operate in many countries that are under sanctions, and these are the people who probably need it the most.

    "The social media giant intends to help 1.7 billion unbanked individuals access financial services, as well as streamline payments through its Messenger and WhatsApp platforms."

    This is an interesting event, especially since looking at the RSI, weekly levels are appearing oversold. Obviously USA will be migrating to a new US-only Binance platform, but that shouldn't cause the massive drop in satoshi value we've seen, right?

    Self-auditing state of a distributed ledger and the validation of transactions frst occurred on January 4, 2009 with the launch of the genesis block of the Bitcoin blockchain(5). Continuous audit is evolving in theory and practice. Its practice is limited mainly to internal reporting controls. The application of jurisdictionally compliant accounting treatment to transactions and reporting system risk controls occurring in most business processes is now theoretically possible concurrently within and subject to a decentralized continuous audit environment pursuant to SSAE 18(12) and IASE 3402 standards through the use of confgurable "Ricardian" type smart contracts(6)(7).
