Posted: 21 Sep 2018 01:18 PM PDT Guys.. many of you that have just got in may be thinking daaammnn son just bought in at .75 and now its .60 Just remember that this is just the beginning, there will be many ups and many many downs but I can guarantee the ups will outweigh the downs 10 fold. This is still an extremely favourable position to buy in, especially with the upcoming news/events cropping up in quick fashion. 0.6 or 0.7 will be laughable in dare I say it.. the forthcoming months or / and years. What once looks like a steep price and unfavourable price point now will once be insignificant in the slightest and second-rate. The fact that so far we have held above .5 so far is remarkable in my eyes, the fact that we moved above .35 is, considering what seemed like a lifetime in the sub .34 bracket. Hopefully Ill come back to this post after the weekend and can happily cement the fact that we have survived what will be the first of many hurdles. All in all, my advice would be to hold tight and don't be so fixed or overwhelmed with the price, if it go's up great, if it go's down then believe you me its not the end of the world. You'd be surprised the amount of people who FOMO'ed in when it was $1+ and even bought at the ATH to then see it come crashing down to what I would like to call early entry levels. | The Massive XRP Viral Marketing Strategy that is the Coil Project Posted: 21 Sep 2018 07:55 PM PDT So I read an explanation of Coil that led me to realize just how big it will be for the growth of XRP. Here is an excerpt:
I think I remember that a portion of the XRP released from escrow each month has been earmarked for marketing/charity/project-development/etc... I believe that Coil's efforts would fall under one or several of those categories so that could explain where some of the funding comes from to pay content creators extra money past the $5 that donators seek to give them. This kind of marketing could be huge. Imagine Youtubers/Twitch-Streamers/etc... asking their subscribers to sign up for Coil so that they could get some extra money past the $5 the subscriber wants to donate, at no extra cost. This is brilliant viral marketing on Ripple's part and a good use of some of the escrow funds. It's been a long time coming. Just a little too soon for me. Posted: 20 Sep 2018 10:33 PM PDT Just thought I'd throw it out there....I would assume Binance will become a preferred Exchange for xRapid at some stage in the near future, especially as they are becoming a fiat onramp for many currencies and branching out into many countries (and they wouldn't want to be outdone by Bittrex). While I was watching those huge green candles, the activity was insane - I've never seen such frenetic trading in all my trading history. It was so damn fast. Secondly, the pumps both began at the same time, the second one started exactly 24 hours after the first. And once those pumps began people fomo'd in making it even crazier. Probably way off, but just thought I'd throw the theory out there as I said. Curious if anyone else might have thought the same? [link] [comments]  |
