    CAN I POWER MY 3080 Ti GPU RISER FROM ONE OF THIS SPLITTER CABLE WHERE ONE END IS ALREADY CONNECTED TO MY 3080 Ti. AFTER POWERING MY GPU I HAVE EXTRA 6PIN PCIE CABLE HANGING EXTRA. CAN I USE IT TO POWER ANOTHER RISER FROM THE CABLE I AM HOLDING IN THE PICTURE?

    Hi, Friend has got scammed.

    The Story is My friend has ordered 4 1660super cards from Website https://www.miningclubshop.com/ after more then a month of wait he has received today only blank papers only. as the package is arrived Dubai. Well first as i have advised him not to buy form unknown source, 2nd the prices are really even i would wants those on that prices.

    Can some one advise what should be the good thing to do. now he has full setup of rig with out the graphics cards. Also others be careful with that site.

    A friend of my father asked me to build for him a GPU mining rig. I've done this before for myself a few times and more or less I know how much time it takes... but I am not really sure how much money I should request for building it. Since some cards are less problematic, some cards are more.

    And it's not all about building it, since this person doesn't have specific knowledge about mining crypto, probably I will have to teach him also how this stuff works.

    I guess I need to also account that I might need to give some kind of support for a few weeks/months.

    How you would guys estimate it? It's better to go with a fixed price or maybe with a % of mining rig value? ( i still don't know how much this person is keen to spend) Or maybe there is a different model which works for you and you could share it?

    I know that it's not an easy question with one good answer only but maybe you could share some of your thoughts.
