Would case dismissal be good for us? Posted: 10 Oct 2021 01:49 AM PDT Hi all, I'm wondering if the e-mail chain that the judge is going to take a look at might lead to case dismissal. As we have heard the e-mails contain communications between SEC members which show that hinmans speech was actually not his own opinion. However, if the judge dismisses the case would that not just lead to another case in the future with other arguments? Or would it instantly lead to regulatory clarity? Are the able to sue ripple again after lying in court on their first attempt? Anyone with some info, I did watch Jeremy hogan, but I must have missed it. Question: Is XRP going to bounce 5-7% again? Posted: 10 Oct 2021 06:14 PM PDT I have around $1000 for a day trade, and I was wondering if XRP's going to bounce again. Yesterday and the day before, it bounced from 1.120850 to 1.22855 (around 5ish% and 7% respectively). Given the lawsuit and everything right now, is it a good idea to bet on another bounce around 3-5% for a day trade - or is this a bad idea? It's at 1.15485 now, and I feel like if it breaks resistance at 1.22855, that'd make a worthwhile $1000 trade. Is this a good call, or should I keep my $1000?
