Satoshi's Angels - BCH Merchant Adoption

Merchant adoption is crucial for Bitcoin Cash and Satoshi's Angels are doing a lot to increase the numbers in businesses and merchants accepting Bitcoin Cash as a payments method.

Two onboarding campaigns are currently featured on Satoshi's Angels website with $30 reward for each new business entering the BCH ecosystem. Read more about this on my new read.cash article.

Why should I use bch over nano?

    Posted: 01 May 2021 10:20 AM PDT

What are the technical differences? What can I do with bch which I can't with nano? It's feeless, instant and eco friendly. Surely it's better?

I made a quick website last night where you can see trending coins on CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko, LiveCoinWatch, and WorldCoinIndex! Updates between 1/2-1 hour

Would any of you like to add to the discussion here? Someone is asking about BCH in r/cryptocurrency.

Question about detecting when an address receives a transaction...

    Posted: 01 May 2021 05:00 AM PDT

So, I also asked this over at r/btc but figured it would be worth a try here too.

How do services such as prompt.cash detect when they receive a payment, and what would be the simplest way I could implement this in python (where it would call a function upon receiving the funds)?

    Anyone having trouble sending BCH

    Posted: 30 Apr 2021 11:59 PM PDT

I've tried to send some BCH off of an exchange (Coinbase) to my wallet. It usually shows right away but Unconfirmed. It's been over an hour and still shows nothing

Do you have to have bitcoincash: in your wallet?

    Posted: 30 Apr 2021 06:16 PM PDT

My receiving address shows my wallet ID without bitcoincash: if I send my wallet ID with it in, will I still receive the funds? Or do I need to send it without the bitcoincash: ?

    NFT ID/URL before minting?

    Posted: 01 May 2021 12:04 AM PDT

I create physical artworks, and I would like to link to the NFT with a QR code that is embedded in the artwork and documented in the media covering the artwork (which is uploaded to IPFS and used for the documentation hash).

Is it possible to obtain the NFT id/url before it has been minted?

Recovery of BCH sent to unowned BTC wallet?

    Posted: 30 Apr 2021 03:17 PM PDT

Back in 2018 I was a complete newb/idiot and sent 2.65BCH from my own wallet to a BTC wallet address which I do not own or have access to... the recipient never received anything and so that 2.65BCH is out there somewhere. While I wrote this off as my dumbest move ever and moved on, I'm curious now, is there any way to recover this?? I'd be happy to part with a % if someone could help me recover it!
