I'm looking for a way to allow my users to buy software/download software using Bitcoin Cash, but I have very strict privacy guidelines.

I run a digital ethics project called V0LT, where I develop free and open source software, and other freedom respecting digital media. My site is entirely donation fueled, and I don't display ads or charge for products. However, I've always been somewhat interested in having a system that allows people to donate and receive a special edition of a program for it. For example, a program might be available to everyone at no charge, but users who really enjoy the project could pay ~$5 and receive a version of the program with a unique built in theme.

However, in the past, I haven't been able to implement a system like this that adheres to my very strict user privacy guidelines. There are obviously services like Stripe and PayPal, but these violate a lot of what my site stands for. I've been interested in cryptocurrencies for years now, but I've only just recently become interested in BitcoinCash, and it seems very promising for what I'm trying to do.

My question is, are there any existing systems that would allow me to create a store-front of sorts as described here? I'm willing to hear out all ideas, but these are the criteria I'm looking for:

    • Completely self hosted (Not dependent on third party resources)
    • Supports Bitcoin Cash (Of course)
    • Privacy respecting
    • Fully functional without JavaScript enabled (Or LibreJS compliant)

My website and it's account system makes use of PHP, so I'd prefer if any developer tool kits work with PHP. However, I'm willing to consider systems that work entirely independently of the main website, and may even prefer it for sake of simplicity.

If a system like this doesn't exist, where would I go to start learning how to interact with Bitcoin Cash and detect transactions?

Initiative Q is an attempt by ex-PayPal guys to create a new payment system instead of payment cards that were designed in the 1950s. The system uses its own currency, the Q, and to get people to start using the system once it's ready they are allocating Qs for free to people that sign up now (the amount drops as more people join - so better to join early). Signing up is free and they only ask for your name and an email address. There's nothing to lose but if this payment system becomes a world leading payment method your Qs can be worth a lot. If you missed getting bitcoin seven years ago, you wouldn't want to miss this.

Here is my invite link: https://initiativeq.com/invite/awb_aPR3T

This link will stop working once I'm out of invites. Let me know after you registered, because I need to verify you on my end.

Ok i own 50 coins of bitcoin cash at 485 as my average,, unlike many others I believe bitcoin cash is a better choice rather than bitcoin and would like to talk about why it hasn't seen much popularity like the rest of the underlying cryptos,, like doge or litecoin..
