I will take 'Conflict of Interests' for $500, Alex.

Looks like the communities most beloved character is working with a Bitcoin and Ethereum firm shortly after pushing forward a 3/5 majority case on Ripple. It get's even more shady though, on December 16th of 2020, Jay Clayton's new boss invested over $1 billion into BTC and ETH. Few days later, Jay pushes the case while him and his two buddies leave the SEC the next day; and then he goes and joins this BTC and ETH fund. (credits to Digital Asset Investor for catching this)

If this isn't a red flag for the entire case, and the reason they don't want to disclose their BTC and ETH research to Ripple, then I don't know what is. The judge should look at this and immediately bring conflict of interest to the picture.

In the end we will persevere and we should win this battle. A battle that will define the entirety of the crypto space. Stay strong ladies and gentleman. To end on the bright side, I present you a trendline I noticed looking at the XRP/USDT daily chart:

Judge Torres grants request from @JohnEDeaton1 to submit Motion to Intervene on behalf of XRP holders, and sets submission timetable:

John E. Deaton founder of Crypto Law US applied to intervene the case while the SEC claims "No XRP holders should intervene because they want to sell their XRP at a profit", the Judge smacks the SEC in the mouth and approves John Deaton to submit a motion to intervene.

Things are starting to get interesting. I don't know about you.. but the Judge seems like she doesn't really agree with the SEC. If you had listened to their first hearing you would have noticed she literally got confused on how the SEC even made such a claim, and then called XRP a currency with utility.

Exodus XRP adress inactive question!

So I had around 50 XRP when the flare snapshot happened, however now that adress is inactive because I tried to send the reserve 20 XRP to Binance which looks like I lost forever because they don't support deleted adresses, so my two questions are:

Will I still receive flare tokens if I send some XRP to my Exodus adress in order to activate it?

Is there any way to get back those 20 XRP I sent to binance?
