| Posted: 06 Feb 2021 03:14 PM PST February 22, 2021 is the 1st court appearance where I believe both will state each case & arguments. Here's the problem, the SEC will have a VERY difficult time proving anything in court.
So its going to be quite interesting come this Feb 22. Here's one question I have for the SEC, why now???? and why did they take over 7-8 years to come after Ripple, when Ripple has been asking them for Clarity and received ZERO response from the SEC. So picture you were a business and you wrote software on a Decentralized Blockchain, in this case XRP. | Toast Plus will steal your money! Beware! Posted: 06 Feb 2021 02:59 PM PST I lost 6500USD worth of XRP this morning when toast plus wallet instantly transferred my imported paper wallet. It turns out that the developers of Toast have abandoned the project, and the app was removed from the apple store about 6 months ago, and then Apple for whatever the reason allowed this malicious app on the store. It is highly rated with fake reviews, and was number one on my list after a search. I remember using the app before and thought nothing of it. Its hard not to hold Apple accountable here. | Posted: 06 Feb 2021 08:51 AM PST Hi All, I performed an XRP account delete on Feb 1st, and chose to send the remaining funds to my Binance account. I was made aware after the fact that doing so can result in lost funds, which is exactly what happened. Binance support is saying they can recover the funds, but they want me to scrub through the Binance account ledger and find the transaction among literally hundreds of thousands of transactions within the last 5 days (using the link below).
