I bought at the top during th 2017 bullrun at around $3 and have still held most of my XRP even when it went down to $0.15 because I believed and still believe in the cryptocurrency. It has real world utility in making bank transactions instant. You know how it takes days for banks to transfer funds especially for foreign currencies? Ripple is trying to make it so that everyone's bank transactions go through INSTANTLY. Literally everyone on the planet would benefit from it. When I logged in Binance yesterday I learned since I am in the US I can no longer use it. So I can't seem to even sell it. Not sure where/how I can even transfer it? It is a simple file called 'RippleWallet' with an encrypted string starting with ey and ending with =. I have already tried to restore that string with gatehub but without success. I've read that people have deleted their toast wallet after it was no longer supported and they have said they were able to take 15 xrp and had to pay a 5 xrp fee. When I go to delete my account in toast plus app or through toast via web browser in windows 10, either nothing happens (in windows 10) or the account disappears (in toast plus app).
