“Remember, one day a single Bitcoin will be worth $50,000”

    Posted: 11 Feb 2021 06:42 AM PST

Back in the early days of Bitcoin, around the time when alts started popping up, many users spent time in the Bitcointalk forum, perhaps many still do. The value was hovering around $100-300 and just as we are now, everyone was excited about the future!

One comment reply that has always stuck with me, and one I have used countless times in the 8 years since I first heard it, was "Remember, one day a Bitcoin will be worth $50,000." It was said with such conviction and authority that I haven't been able to forget it.

    Perhaps you're reading this now?

Today we are on the cusp of that prediction coming true, and though it felt like a certainty back then. I want to say thank you.

Thank you to that person for giving me the ground work to build upon with my own Bitcoin journey. Thank you for instilling confidence in me that I could share with others. Thanks for being the first person to open the door for me and show me the true meaning, value and potential of Bitcoin. I won't ever forget it and hope you're doing very well in life.

All working class citizens should buy $1000 worth of Bitcoin

    Posted: 11 Feb 2021 05:19 PM PST

All working class citizens should buy and hold $1000 worth of Bitcoin in an account or cold storage device like a Trezor.

You don't have to buy a whole Bitcoin for whatever price 1 whole Bitcoin is going for now, you can buy a piece of a Bitcoin known as Satoshi's.

Bitcoin is the most important asset ALL citizens should be trying to purchase RIGHT NOW. Buying $1000 worth of Bitcoin ASAP might turn into life improving or life changing money 5 to 10 years from now.

This is not investment advice. Do with my opinion as you choose.

New to crypto, bought 50 bucks worth

    Posted: 11 Feb 2021 05:07 PM PST

It's an incredibly small amount of btc, but I like to think I can invest more over time, and seeing how btc is projected in time to trade at 100k, even my little amount will be worth a lot more.

Wish I would have gotten in earlier...

    The Race to Buy Bitcoin

    Posted: 11 Feb 2021 08:59 PM PST

Whichever company starts buying Bitcoin for its treasury is going to start earning brand loyalty like they have never imagined. Tesla has basically ousted lambo. Who is next?

Samsung? I already switched from iphone to Galaxy because of more crypto apps in the playstore.

Walmart? Underdog here and just might do so in order to shake off its old, dusty image. It is inevitable they will, by moving early they would gain loyalty.

Amazon? They are already hiring coders that specialize in crypto.

Apple? Let's face it Tim Cook is no Steve Jobs. If Steve were alive he would probably have bought even before Elon Musk. Tim Cook just tortures us with Port changes and overpriced cables. 🤦‍♂️🤣

Alphabet? 137 Billion in cash and an image of being an evil creep now. Let's face it google has turned into a creepy old man.

Facebook? Should read Faceboomer. It has gone from a cool site to an app that violates privacy and plays mindgames and causes depression. Diem is bullshit. Needs a serious image makeover. About turn to buy Bitcoin?

For days I've been watching a 50k wall being eaten alive.

    Posted: 11 Feb 2021 05:02 PM PST

I can't claim to know anything about investing or stock trends, nothing like that. But it doesn't take a genius to see a wall to 50 k being eaten up very quickly. I feel like we're going to go past 50k soon. I'm just not sure when. Maybe a week, maybe an hour. But we're going to go past 50k.
