How the heck do I pull my LTC off my paper wallet? Posted: 20 Jan 2021 09:12 AM PST I tried both Blockchain.Info & MyCellium (iOS/iPhone) apps, but neither support LTC. So then I downloaded the Litecoin Core windows program from Litecoin.org - but I can't seem to figure out how to use it to pull my LTC off my paper wallet. Please help? TIA EDIT: I used Coinomi (on iPhone) and it worked like a charm! Just choose "sweep" :D [link] [comments]
What is a trustworthy exchange to change my LTCs to Euros? Posted: 19 Jan 2021 11:15 PM PST I found an old wallet file with Litecoins on it. Right now I'm waiting until the client has completely synced. Is there a trustworthy exchange so I can cash in the money? I need to wire it to a Revolut banking account. I haven't done anything with crypto for about 7 years :) [link] [comments]

Accidentally sent Litecoin to an XMR address through my Newton wallet Posted: 19 Jan 2021 12:48 PM PST Hello. I made an incredibly stupid mistake of sending 0.43 LTC on my Newton wallet to an XMR address in Cake Wallet. Newton didn't recognize the address as not being an actual Litecoin address (although I can't blame it, I should have recognized it...). The transaction says "pending transfer." I am wondering, is there any way that the Litecoin will bounce back into my Newton wallet? I spoke to Cake Wallet support, who said that it is impossible to send Litecoin to an XMR address, and that the wallet should just refuse to send it at all. Have I for sure lost my money? I have my "Passphrase", but how do I recover my wallet with that? Posted: 19 Jan 2021 06:42 PM PST So, a few years back I must have set up a LTC wallet and wrote down the following "Litecoin Desktop Wallet - Passphrase = " followed by a passphrase that I clearly created myself... It's like a super long password of all my favorite passwords combined. I no longer have the PC. So, I don't have the wallet.dat file. Now, I've downloaded the Litecoin Core wallet on my new PC, but during set up, it never asked for a passphrase or offered to recover a wallet. I've gone through all the menu options and can't find anything about restoring a wallet or recovering a wallet.... Is there a menu option in Litecoin Core to restore or recover a wallet?... maybe the "Desktop wallet I used at the time wasn't Litecoin Core, but what else could it be? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! [link] [comments]
I received an email from LiteCoin which I never Knew that site Posted: 19 Jan 2021 06:05 PM PST Hello, I posted another post before, but I want to make another in case it wasn't clear. I received 2 emails which the first is the verification which I deleted and the second being the receipt that was sent to me. I checked my email and it didn't seem like it was compromised recently and I had to 2FA just now in a case out of fear. My money seems in-tact and I'm worried if this is a scam or not. Please help as I do not know what to do next if they keep sending withdrawals without knowing what's totally going on. Do I ignore them entirely and move on or contact this site's company? (which no phone #, only message forms) [link] [comments] |
