"I just lost the entirety of a Bitcoin transaction only in fees, passing 20 USD from one wallet to another. It might not sound like much, but it is to me and to most people who can't afford to lose money while using Bitcoin as money. Fix that first."

BCH is the most undervalued (both in BTC and USD terms) of the top 10 coins according to CFV!

I don't think coinfairvalue is a 100% accurate metric for determining the value of networks, but I found this interesting, and thought I'd share! :)

Here's some P/FV (fair value) ratios for the other top coins:

    Coin P/FV (USD) P/FV (BTC)
    BTC ($32,857/$10,086) = 3.26 -
    ETH ($1,325/$328.89) = 4.05 (0.0404/0.0326) = 1.24
    XRP ($0.28/$0.36) = 0.78 (0.000008/0.0000036) = 0.24
    BCH ($441.61/$1,018.16) = 0.43 (0.0135/0.1009) = 0.13
    XLM ($0.17/$0.27) = 1.56 (0.000017/0.000008) = 0.48
    CRO ($0.07/$0.13) = 0.54 (0.000002/0.000013) = 0.17
    LINK ($24.75/$7.88) = 3.14 (0.00075/0.000078) = 0.96
    BNB ($40.75/$44.06) = 0.92 (0.00124/0.00437) = 0.28
    ADA ($0.35/$0.23) = 1.49 (0.000011/0.000023) = 0.46
    LTC ($96.16/$142.31) = 1.48 (0.00433/0.00953) = 0.45

According to the website, the 5 most overvalued cryptos are (in order from most to least in USD):

    ETH, BTC, LINK, XLM, ADA

According to the website, the 5 most undervalued cryptos are (in order from most to least in USD):

    BCH, CRO, XRP, BNB, LTC

According to the website, the 5 most overvalued cryptos are (in order from most to least in BTC):

    ETH, LINK, XLM, ADA, LTC

According to the website, the 5 most undervalued cryptos are (in order from most to least in BTC):

    BCH, CRO, XRP, BNB, LTC

What will happen to BCH price, if BTC lightning can’t strike, and ETH fail to migrate ? It’s been almost 6 years, and LN still don’t work. ETH 2.0 migration been planned for 3 years now, and they’ve only manage first base so far.

BCH vs BTC, transactions rate is rising, transaction volume is rising, i will only be a matter of time before price rise. Won’t happen overnight, but it will happen

    Posted: 23 Jan 2021 04:56 PM PST

Sooner or later, maybe 3 weeks, 3 months or 3 years. Institutions will realise BCH has the same value and users volume as BTC. This is when price and hashrate will rise accordingly.

0-conf works and Satoshi explicitly said so. Nodes are to discard the second (double spend) transaction they see automatically! Only double spends that occur in the same second need a conf with PoW to be sure which transaction is final.

0-conf as explained here by Satoshi (and is part of the original Bitcoin) is ESSENTIAL for Bitcoin to work as p2p electronic CASH.

The RBF feature has destroyed 0-conf on BTC , and so BTC is not Bitcoin! I can only conclude BCH is Bitcoin is BTC is Segwitcoin with RBF, BTC is no longer p2p electronic cash and cannot be due to RBF.

For those that don't know: RBF is a feature on BTC added later (years after Satoshi left) that allows anyone to double spend their transaction before it gets confirmed. It was not part of the software released by Satoshi.

    Good time to long BCH?

    Posted: 23 Jan 2021 08:33 PM PST

Mods can remove this topic if it is not related or against rules.

Hello bch community, Bch pair was constantly dropping against btc and we are also getting lower lows against eth pair but now that alts are moving back up, eth is making new highs against btc pair, defi tokens are going up but bch is stuck at its place despite increasing txs.

I am thinking about longing bch against btc and eth with leverage and belive now bch will get an insane pump. Would you take the same trade with me?

CW did not show A SINGLE proof of him authoring the white paper, the only thing he showed is forgery and lies that were called in a court of law. His only motive is attention. The best thing to do is to ignore him.

    Posted: 23 Jan 2021 11:32 AM PST

If I remember correctly he cried on his last court hearings and the judge clearly saw through his BS. Craig needs attention as otherwise his attempts and efforts will be quickly forgotten.

    Currently 24k txs on BCH.

    Posted: 23 Jan 2021 04:29 AM PST

Must be a test. 24 txs would be more thab BTC and ETH combined.
