Transferring my XRP from an exchange to my hard wallet Posted: 15 Dec 2020 11:17 PM PST I have a Ledger Nano S and I recently transferred all of my zerps off of it to my exchange so that they could be counted in the snapshot for the Spark airdrop. Now I'm trying to transfer them all back to the Nano and it's taking forever. The address was correct. The reason it's taking a forever seems to be on the exchange's end. The withdrawal is apparently "pending". I can still log into the exchange and cancel the withdrawal 6 hours after I did the transfer. The exchange sent me an email and I clicked the button that was in it, I verified the address on the nano and told Ledger Live to accept. Is this normal? I remember when I transferred my zerps from the original exchange I had them on to the Nano it was instant. I don't know why this other exchange seems to be holding my XRP for some reason. It's kind of annoying me. Most importantly, since Ledger Live and the Nano have been set up to receive the XRP, is it going to matter if the device itself is not online whenever the exchange gets their ass off their proverbial couch to handle my withdrawal? Posted: 15 Dec 2020 08:20 PM PST Alright so I've claimed my spark token a while ago, but moved them out of my ledger before the snap shot date out of paranoia and misunderstanding how the snapshot worked. So I effectively claimed like 20 spark token when you think about it I have more xrp then that but I was wondering if it's still too late to claim what I actually have? I know some troll will use this as a opportunity to crucify me on the comment sections lol [link] [comments]
Posted: 15 Dec 2020 07:59 PM PST Any news about the possible first price of Sparks? I heard about the India but was that even true? And may I know how to find out if I will be receiving Sparks? I was holding XRP in binance during the snapshot. [link] [comments]
I may have f-d up? Not sure if this can be fixed (Xumm) Posted: 15 Dec 2020 02:13 AM PST Hi, Long story short - I seem to have misplaced my XUMM recovery numbers/mnemonic, I've done recovery searches on my phone, checked my filing cabinet and I can't find anything which is mad because I have managed to find other recovery keys I had, just not XUMM and I'm usually really good with noting this stuff down. To be honest... I don't even remember doing it/seeing the numbers. I still have full access to the account on my phone through XUMM, I also still know the passcode for the wallet, etc. I also still have full access the same way I always have through Toast (which is what I used pre-Xumm) Is there an easy way out of this? I understand that I (probably) can't see my recovery numbers again but is there anything else I can do? Also - If there is anything I can do, will this affect anything to do with that Flare/Spark drop which I've already been through the process of setting up and completed. Thanks! EDIT: The amount of people down-voting this post from a newbie, good job to grow the community guys! /s [link] [comments] |
