Announcement of Completion of BCH Fork on November 15, 2020

Dear CoinEx users,

BitcoinCash (BCH) has completed its hard fork with block height 661648 at 14:16:57 on November 15 (UTC). According to the community consensus, CoinEx selects the BCH Node and its compatible protocol nodes that have received more support from the community to inherit the BCH symbol.To provide you with better services and ensure your asset security, we've made the following arrangements related to snapshot, withdrawal, deposit, trading and perpetual contract:

1. Snapshot
We have taken a snapshot of BCH holding at 12:00 on November 15, 2020 (UTC). With BCH held in your CoinEx Spot account, Margin account or Perpetual account, you can obtain BCHA at a 1:1 ratio, which has been airdropped to your Spot account. Please check in your personal account.

2. Deposit
Deposit service of BCHA has been available at 12:00 on November 15, 2020 (UTC), and the deposit address of forked coin will be the same as BCH's, so you don't have to worry about the transaction replay.

3. Withdrawal
The withdrawal service of BCH and the inter-user transfer service of BCHA has been available on November 16, 2020 (UTC). And the withdrawal service of BCHA will be available at a later time as its network running more stably.

4. Perpetual Contract
BCH/USD perpetual contract trading has been available at 4:00 on November 16, 2020 (UTC). The index composition is the same as that of BitcoinCash before the hard fork.

5. Trading
We have closed BCHN/BCH trading market and supported BCHA/USDT, BCHA/BTC trading pairs at 11:00 on November 15, 2020 (UTC). BCH margin borrowing service has been resumed at the same time.
