    XRPL and DeFi

    Posted: 04 Jan 2020 01:32 AM PST

I've been following ETH based defi for a while now and as a long term XRP advocate its seems obvious to me that XRPL could be easily integrated into DAPPs and other defi services through a simple oracle in order the facilitate any movement if value required by that DAPP/service.

Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on this or thinks this is something Ripple is actively perusing?

Could China copy and paste the XRP ledger code to implement it into their digital yuan?

I am just curious if every piece of XRP code is open source that some government like china or another company could copy and rewrite it to their needs?

The ecosystem would establish similar as the dollar did back then I guess.
