Add some music to this Spotify playlist, get paid some ETH.

    Posted: 15 Dec 2019 11:07 PM PST

Creating a curated playlist, with a little added ETH incentive (paylists?).

All you have to do is add a song https://open.spotify.com/user/3s3f17n13nv8actptwu92em3e/playlist/0DbzBfFhTTgYTbZSjqPEXZ?si=vrtiA5J2T_iXJaWneJVqFg, and leave a comment in the replies here https://beta.cent.co/+1dxynl

That's it! You can setup your web3 account/wallet later to retrieve any funds you earn, so it's really easy to participate. Would love to see what you all are listening to :). This is mainnet ETH, not testnet!

    ELI5: Stablecoins vs FIAT

    Posted: 16 Dec 2019 02:26 PM PST

Not long ago, many people on this sub used to shit on FIAT currencies, and share charts like Purchasing Power of FIAT and how it is almost 1/5th of what it was back in 1970s.

Today, with the rise of DeFi, the stablecoin usage is increasing fast. Oftentimes I find myself (and cryptocurrency friendly friends of mine) using stablecoins more than Ether or any other currency, and I can't stop thinking if I am betraying myself and the vision of cryptos.

I am wondering if any of you on this sub have similar feelings. If so, can you ELI5 how you validate the idea of using a coin pegged to FIAT and still feel as a crypto enthusiast.
