My mum's online store accepts Bitcon! Posted: 05 Dec 2019 01:56 AM PST My mum is trying to sells her quilts and other creations online. The website is self-hosted (so it may be slow and could just straight out crash if it gets flooded) and she only has shipping options to Aussies (if someone international is in desperate need for a quilt let me know!) I hope there's something there you like, would put her over the moon if someone made a purchase (especially with BTC). Cheers! [link] [comments]

Does this exist? 2-person local LN Bets? Posted: 05 Dec 2019 01:51 AM PST Greetings crew, seeking a Lightning Network app and curious if it exists. Some of my crypto friends and I enjoy playing card & board games. We typically make things "interesting" by betting 1000 satoshis towards the winner. Currently, we just pay out the sats after the game. Yet it would be much more enjoyable if we could pay into a LN "pot" before the game, which we could then trigger to payout to the winner after. Obviously this only makes sense on lightning. Example: a small game of poker where everyone deposits their ante into a pot, which resolves at the end of the round and sends the entire pot to a single individual. Curious if anyone was aware of any apps that do this? Thanks! [link] [comments]
