QuantmRE As An Alternative To Remortgage Your Home Posted: 02 Oct 2018 06:22 AM PDT I want to talk to anyone else who is looking at QuantmRe as an alternative to refinancing their home/investment properties instead of going via the bank. QuantmRE - you can join the telegram group here. I bought the home I did because I hate every aspect of renting. It absolutely needed work, but I thought I had time to save up before little repairs became major problems. Enter my roommate. I wrote about renting my spare bedroom elsewhere on Reddit, and I recommend it for the most part. After an unremarkable 12 months, she moved on and I was getting the room ready to re-let. Long story short, she had wrecked the septic system with a well-hidden eating disorder. Vomit, food waste and mega-doses of cleaning products meant I needed to find $17,000 asap. I don't have even half of that saved and I was looking at remortgaging, which I swore I would never do. I 'm gonna see how QuantumRE works first because I don't mind showering at the gym and not using water at home for a few months if it saves me a longer term headache. I'm in their telegram group, and I as I understand it they are using the blockchain to make it easier to slice up your real estate assets. I'm certainly prepared to try this as a first choice solution to getting the house sorted without more debt, and maybe some of you might want to take a closer look too. TL;DR crypto looking like a better solution than a bank remortgage for replacing my septic system! [link] [comments]

Posted: 02 Oct 2018 07:06 AM PDT Some time ago I invested in Ethereum and now I need to choose a good exchange service. So I decided to check 3 random services and hope you'll help me to pick the best one for me. I'm sorry if you won't agree with me as I'm new to it. So I am ready to hear your opinion and your choise in that niche.
The first thing I've mentioned is that I have to enter my email in order to create the account. It looks strange, especially when everyone worry about their privacy. It's a minus, I think. The good thing is that it promises to have the lowest trading fees which is very important. But I can change only crypto-pairs on Binance, so when I'll decide to change crypto to USD for withdrawal - I'll have to look for another place. On the whole, it's very easy to create a wallet there and do different kinds of exchanges.
And the same thing from the beginning - it asks for email during the registration. Guys, have you heard of privacy? This platform is well-known as the best exchange website for crypto newbies. It deals with the major coins only and it provides a lot of trading volume and liquidity. I think that it can suit me. To tell the truth there's nothing more to say about that service, just that it's easy to use and widely known.
EtherMium is an example of a decentralized exchange service. Moreover it doesn't require any registration in order to create a wallet, which is very important for privacy as I understood. It has an advantage over the centralized cervices - the trading is anonymous there, unless you identify your wallet as being yours. I like the point that I can create Ethereum wallet but it's posible to exchange only tokens there. So if I'll prefer the major coins - it will not suit me. But if I'll do token trading - I could take part in affiliate program and get 50% from the profit. It's a good bonus, I think. On the whole, the service is good-looking, easy to navigate but it really lacks major coins. So what can you advice me to try? Are these services good or it's better to choose something else? New listings at Ethex: I personally verified usecases for these Posted: 02 Oct 2018 02:13 PM PDT Ethex is an Ethereum DEX that only lists useful tokens. Today, we listed seven new tokens: $RLC, $GEN, $UKG, $0xBTC, $BNB, $BNTY, $EMONT We verify that each token can be used before listing it:
In addition, my colleague Adam:
It's amazing to see all this stuff actually working! We've listed all 7 of these tokens today making for a total of 19 useful tokens listed at Ethex. Please let me know about any tokens I should add to my list. [link] [comments]
