Leasing your gpu for profit/loss? Posted: 26 Sep 2018 06:30 PM PDT I know you can use nicehash to point your miner to nicehash and mine the most profitable coin according to them. However, lets say you find someone who would lease your gpu directly for, lets say, 1000 hashes to mine a specific coin for $200. If the coin raises in value and/or difficulty during the 1000 hashes, the leasee would likely profit and the leaser would be on the hook for finishing the 1000 hashes. Of course, it would be a risk for both parties. Would this be of interest to any of you? Any questions? [link] [comments] | ||

Posted: 26 Sep 2018 01:26 PM PDT I got a local guy selling a couple of 580s, he says he's had them since December. How bad could these cards be used? I feel like if they're running fine they should last a long time right? I've never seen anyone do a test on how long graphics cards last when mining [link] [comments] |
