Crazy theory of a massive driving force of xrp value Posted: 13 Aug 2018 06:55 PM PDT I base this notion off of this post Global recession/market collapse forces banks to leverage digital assets(xrp) in order to pull funds from their nostro/vostros in order to stabilize and save themselves. All scenarios add to a perfect storm in where regardless xrp ends upon the top. [link] [comments]

Posted: 13 Aug 2018 05:45 PM PDT Hello again! First off I'd like to thank everyone that responded to my first post. I read everyones comment and got some really useful advice to put in to practice. So, the topic I'm curious about today is how the current XRP price influences your strategies. Are you spending more in XPR due to it's price or are you sticking to some-sort of buying strategy? Personally I'm spending whatever I can miss on it. The second question, what do you think XRP's bottom price will be before it starts rising again? When do you think XRP will start to climb again? Looking at the charts XRP has done little nothing but falling since it's peak in december 2017/january 2018, despite being the most promising crypto to date. This sub sees a lot of news and facts that hype up XRP yet it keeps falling further every day. I believe in XRP,I really do but all news say XRP should be the crypto to have but the price just keeps falling. Lastly, a heartfelt thank you to the person with the throwaway-account that sent 100 xrp my way but like I said, I didn't mention the cancer for pity purposes, but to explain why I'm stuck buying very small amounts.I'll get to the 10k like the rest of you, it'll just take me a bit longer. XRP/ZB accounting for 20% of volume...? Posted: 13 Aug 2018 11:19 AM PDT XRP/ZB accounting for more than 20% of trade volume, a Chinese exchange recently added at the end of last month. https://www.livecoinwatch.com/price/XRP-XRP It's a little suspicious to me, especially the amount of volume and this recent push-down. Regardless, this down-trend is nothing in the grand scheme of things. [link] [comments]

Posted: 13 Aug 2018 11:10 AM PDT There have been talks about manipulation with cryptos for awhile now on just about any crypto sub. I'm a firm believer that the market is being manipulated down so that more of the strong players can buy in at lower levels. I don't believe that over the last 6 -8 months that it has been a bunch of average holders who are just carelessly selling at a loss as the market continues downward- it's big money. So- my question is: How much money/coin has to be sold for something like ETH or BTC to drop 10% or more. Recently I noticed that the buy/sell walls in XRP were around 20,000.00 XRP in either direction as resistance. Question 2: What percentage of holders actually have enough coins to drive the price in either direction? I'm just attempting to wrap my head around the bigger picture. Obviously, not every coin will survive but the technology is not going anywhere and is only continuing to be adopted. I can't imagine that the money leaving the market is that of the average bag holder, it has to be big money who doesn't care about the loss/gain/ taxes right now... [link] [comments] |
