    So I started using KuCoin a couple of days ago, and ran into a problem with withdrawal (which actually wasn't a problem at all, I was just a bit anxious when my first "real" withdrawal after a couple of small testing ones was taking a bit too long), so I contacted their support.

    After my experience with other exchanges (most notably coinbase, their support is on a whole another level of shit), this was a real breath of fresh air for me.

    Live chat? With a real person being assigned to me in not even a minute? Actually responding, and just being a bot. Their english was not perfect, but who cares. They didn't really have to solve anything, but I felt better after they assured me that this is normal.
