Call to action -- Request businesses to setup BitPay and start accepting cryptocurrencies.

If you feel like you need to make a difference in getting cryptocurrency more used then start asking businesses. You can send emails to the help emails or suggestion boxes. If you are brave enough you can ask on phone calls or even show up in person and ask. Another idea is write it on the receipts that they take from you after signing. How's it sound? We can all make a difference!

Could 'full' node/s heavy upload/s draw attention?

    Posted: 04 Feb 2018 07:08 AM PST

    Hi all,

I would like to know if 264Gb of Upload within 3 weeks is relatively normal for today? could that number draw attention from my ISP or anyone else?

Its just I run three Cryptocurrency 'full' nodes (one being BitcoinUnlimited) in the UK and would like to continue in doing so, but worry that number is going to raise some eyebrows? (of course all is 'legal' so I shouldn't have anything to worry about, right?).

Whats your or the general average upload/s per month? (for anyone running 'full' node/s).

    Regards.

    BitcoinCash wallet issue with bitcoin.com

    Posted: 03 Feb 2018 06:26 PM PST

I recently tried to buy a bitcoincash with my credit card at https://buy.bitcoin.com/ but failed. Here were my steps: 1. I downloaded a Windows wallet from bitcoin.com, generated a new wallet and copied a new style address 2. I went to buy.bitcoin.com, chose "buy bitcoincash", pasted the new style address in the address field and the field displayed "bitcoincash:xxxxxxx". I removed the "bitcoincash" in the field and only left the pure wallet address. 3. I clicked on "continue" but got "Please provide a valid bitcoin address". 4. I tried both "Legacy address" and "Bitpay address" copied from my bitcoin wallet but neither worked.

    Could anyone help me?
