Received My First BCH On Christmas

    Posted: 24 Dec 2017 12:48 PM PST

I'm a long time lurker from Philippines. Wanted to try crypto by buying BCH but coins.ph only supports BTC. Asked around for tips on how I could buy BCH directly and what I got is a tip from tippr. :) Thanks for the tip! Merry Christmas!

I came back to NiceHash.. but I'm leaving again (due to high BTC fees)

Is it true that BCH has only few developers working on it? And what are the consequenses?

    Posted: 24 Dec 2017 03:12 AM PST

As I'm diving deeper and deeper into the cryptomarket, I read a lot of post on r/Bitcoin about a lack of developers for BCH. I find it difficult to believe, and have the feeling that a lot of arguments they use are not correct?

How many developers are working on BCH and is there a sort of roadmap for the future? I notice that a lot of comments in /r/Bitcoin mention that BCH is a short-term solution but as I see it, BCH is the currency with the most positive perspective?

I think that BTC misses someone like Roger Ver, who understands economy and technology and I think that's a bigger problem, correct me if I'm wrong?

BCH transferred to Coinbase, gone now?

    Posted: 24 Dec 2017 01:52 PM PST

Hello, I have a question as I'm a noob with crypto trading!

So Coinbase opened the trading of BCH the other day and i sent my BCH to my Coinbase wallet and they confirmed it was received and then transferred to GDAX, but as I'm from Europe and they did not open this market yet, i can't see my BCH any longer, can i not transfer them out again? I must wait for them to open this market before i can access them?

    Thanks for the help :)

Woohoo! I've just invested in my first Crypto! Any tips? Is day trading a good idea?

    Posted: 24 Dec 2017 11:51 AM PST

So, after a month of lurking I have finally made my first investment in Cryptocurrency! I'm a 14 year old and I have been searching for a way to grow my spending money for some time, then I stumbled across crypto. I decided to invest $10 into bitcoin cash (I know its not a lot but its all I can afford). I picked bitcoin cash because I believe it has real potential after doing some research and with it soon to be added to Coinbase, it should go up soon right?

Do you guys have any tips for me as a young investor and do you think day trading with my 10 bucks is a good idea? Thanks

    Just Received Bitcoin Cash Tip

    Posted: 23 Dec 2017 06:47 PM PST

Woohoo! My first cryptocurrency. $0.07 worth to be exact. Haha. Somehow this has legitimately made me quite pleased as well as interested in what BitcoinCash is - hence stumbling into this sub. Just wanted to say - some great posts on here and thanks to whomever gave me the tip!

Now back to browsing and figuring out how the hell to access my fortune.

Edit: Wow! Just literally came home from hospital after birth of my son and can't believe the generosity of this sub! So many bitcoin cash... I think I'll be paying it forward.

    Thanks everyone!

    Can I pay with BitcoinCash?

    Posted: 24 Dec 2017 01:24 PM PST

If a shop or company accepts Bitcoin does that mean they automatically accept Bitcoin cash? ie because BCH is a fork, is it accepted automatically? Or does a store have to specifically enable BCH?
