How to begin mining Bitcoin Cash? Posted: 15 Dec 2017 01:47 PM PST Hey guys, I wanted to support the Bitcoin Cash network by getting some mining hardware. How would you go about mining? Purchase the Antminer S9? What is the easiest most efficient way to do this as time is limited. Also, are there other ways to support the network? [link] [comments] | ||

Help Retrieving BCH from old Mycelium wallet. Posted: 15 Dec 2017 10:07 AM PST Thanks in advance for any comments, I have had some BTC for a couple years but never did much with them and I am confused. I recently realized I have BCH from an old Mycelium wallet. I had the wallet on an old phone (during the split) and got a new one in October and moved the BTC that were on it to my new phone to the new mycelium wallet on the new phone. When I follow the procedures laid out here It sees my BTC in the new mycelium wallet? But also does not see any BCH. When I search the public address for the old wallet (and the one I restored on Coinomi) it shows the old wallet contains BCH and no BTC and the new address the inverse. I am confident I used the master seed from the old wallet when I restored it with Coinomi so why am I seeing the BTC I moved? Is it possible the new and old wallets are somehow tied together with different public addresses? I might have restored the old wallet on my new phone, I do not remember, but it does show a transaction from my old wallet to my new wallet for the BTC, so I do not think that is the case.
