Is time also written in Ethereum transaction? Posted: 05 Mar 2022 12:04 AM PST Hello Ethereum redditors, I have been recently learning about Ethereum. I do not understand something. Is time also written in Ethereum transaction? As for: How do "verifiers" know which transaction happened before the other? How is this done? Thank you for possible reply. [link] [comments]

Posted: 04 Mar 2022 11:20 PM PST Hey I just read the EIP proposal and have 2 questions https://eips.ethereum.org/EIPS/eip-4844
After EIP-4844 rollups have an additional trust assumption that at least one rollup full node exists that is willing to give me the data. If data is unavailable users funds are frozen forever. Is that correct? [link] [comments]

Can't make a swap on Uniswap on Polygon network with a metamask wallet Posted: 04 Mar 2022 03:29 PM PST I can't seem to complete a swap. I'm trying to buy AAVE with usdc and it is saying that I must allow the uniswap protocol to use my usdc. When I click on it I can't click on confirm. That's where I'm stuck. Also tried to buy it on sushiswap and the transaction kept failing. What I'm I doing wrong [link] [comments]
Posted: 04 Mar 2022 03:15 PM PST Hi all, new to crypto. I have two questions: 1)Can someone transfer money from THEIR bank account straight to MY metamask wallet? 2) Can someone transfer crypto from their metamask wallet to my metamask wallet? [link] [comments]
Posted: 04 Mar 2022 01:36 PM PST Incoming noob question. Why do some people suspect the price of ETH to rise dramatically after the merge? I've been watching a few YouTube videos of people predicting the price to hit 10k after the merge. I don't understand… and these people don't do a great job of explaining why. Just a bunch of hype for clicks or is there something to it? [link] [comments]
Any successful use cases of Blockchain that does not involve speculation Posted: 04 Mar 2022 11:02 AM PST The technology underlying blockhains like Ethereum is pretty impressive. To be able to have a distributed ledger without any central authority enforcing its integrity is pretty amazing. But so far so good, looking at the application of this technology, it is clear the only ways it has gained any mainstream usage are those usage that involves speculation. One can safely say all coins (shit ones and non-shit ones), get attention because of the get rich quick allure (aka speculation) The current form of NFTs are nothing more but speculation. DeFI I think seems to provide some form of real value that is not really about speculating. So my question is this, anyone knows of any real live, mainstream application of Blockchain that does not involve speculation? Any business application in industry or enterprise for instance? I cant seem to find any, so I would appreciate some pointers. [link] [comments]
Posted: 04 Mar 2022 02:11 PM PST A few days ago I started to withdraw an item from staking, I apparently put 3 GWEI when I meant to put 35 Gwei performing this action. I went in today to do another TXN and noticed my original TXN was "dropped". https://etherscan.io/tx/0x28fbfb51512e69d9ff52be914be8727ce8c14a51874cdf26827aa8817ea8a1af Am I correct I can no longer perform any actions on ETH until this resolves? I am stuck in a limbo, I started some other TXNs but they are in "queue" and don't seem to be working. How do I resolve this? [link] [comments]
Why is everyone talking about Music NFT and What is a Music NFT? Posted: 04 Mar 2022 05:46 PM PST Music NFTs is going to be one of the primary ways a mainstream audience discovers Ethereum Music NFTs is a new way to sell products fans already love: music, merch, concert tix, meet-n-greet etc The Music NFT is used as a VIP Pass for digital access to all of these features. The blockchain gives it a built in marketplace allows it to be sold and traded without risk of fraud The Music NFT is not all about delivering the listening experience I want more people to understand that Music NFTs & streaming work together. Think of the music like a sports event. Streaming = listeners, the audience, on the sidelines cheering. Music NFTs = participants, on the field with the artist helping them win Streaming is the top of the funnel, low $ value product. Music NFT is the bottom of the funnel, high $ value product. Music NFTs incentivize the audience to help an artist succeed. They allow the fans to have a stake in the artist, and get cool stuff for supporting. The NFT functions as a tradable digital asset for the artist and their music. They provide digital ownership of a product that scales with the artist. It increases in use case as the artist grows and finds more opportunities to include their collectors. [link] [comments]
