| Posted: 17 Jan 2022 06:40 PM PST Hello fellow miners, I'm upgrading from my gtx 1060 to a gtx 1660 super right now. I'm thinking of leaving both gpus mine, but I have a question. If I connect them both on the same cable from the PSU [one cable that has 2x (6+2) connectors], will it be dangerous? Should I split into 2 different cables from the psu? Gtx 1060 mines @65watts. Posted: 17 Jan 2022 04:48 PM PST Was checking the charts, looks like 3080 12G use exactly the same 384 bit GDDR6X like 3080 Ti and 3090, Based on current experience with 30 series, this mostly translate into same level of performance of 3090 which is about 120 MH/s, considering LHR impact, it will ends around same level like 3080 Ti which is 120 x 0.74 = 89 MH/s with all optimization and overclocking. Pricewise, EVGA seems take $1249 for XC3 and $1299 for FTW3. so might be around $150-200 msrp saving over 3080 Ti on msrp. And there is also a slimmer chances that it will bypass LHR w/ some miners in future if they found and backdoor, or just mining something else with other than eth, [link] [comments] | ||

What would you go with? Specific coins or just algorithm suggestions are welcome. | Posted: 17 Jan 2022 12:18 PM PST I have a rig with 1 rx570 mining eth and 1 3060ti lhr mining flux using the cpu to mine rtm. Its been going smooth until i added a 2070 super. Now the 2070 super wont mine flux, i can see the card on hive os but its not hashing. Im using 3 different miners in my flight sheet not sure if i need specific config arguments.
