- At some point someone here provided a good explanation regarding this chart and why it’s misleading in regard to Ethereum or at the very least properly explaining it all. Can someone please point me to that thread? Thank you.

Wrapped all my ETH, Now I Cant Unwrap (on Arbitrum) Posted: 21 Dec 2021 08:34 AM PST I bridged 0.3 ETH from Mainnet to Arbitrum on Hop.exchange to provide liquidity, and I wrapped all my 0.3 ETH so I could convert it to hETH. All on Arbitrum. The transaction won't go through because I have insufficient funds, I totally forgot I need a small amount even on Arbitrum, so I tried unwrapping it to have some regular one, and I can't even do that because of the xD Do I need to add bridge some more ETH to Arbitrum (and pay the horrible gas fee for just bridging $5-$10), or can I do something else? Your organs need blood & oxygen to function, what's the equivalent for blockchains? Posted: 21 Dec 2021 10:10 AM PST Everyone who has ever dealt with a blockchain system like Ethereum knows what blockchain consists of, such as blocks, transactions, and accounts. But we don't often think about the basics of blockchain systems, just like we don't often think about how our organs work. As organs need blood and oxygen to function, blockchain needs cryptography to function properly. Without it, the system would crumble, and you would not be able to claim ownership of that shiny new NFT you just minted. Key Components: - Public Key Cryptography - Digital Signatures Common issues: - Replay Attacks - Signature Malleability - Nonces Solutions: - EIP 712 Full detailed read: [link] [comments] |
