How do I see what's in a smart contract? Posted: 28 Nov 2021 08:40 AM PST So I'm learning solidity and stopped for a bit to ponder. If I wanted to see the smart contract for a balance pool on etherscan, is there a way to do it? How would I deploy a coin that would essentially be a balance pool of two token pairs? Would it be a legitimate coin based off of that? Maybe it can run strategic buying and staking modes to increase its value? To make it self sustaining? And eventually reach DAO status by buying up enough Ethereum for a node? Then make a front end for some special reason? [link] [comments]
Posted: 28 Nov 2021 07:54 AM PST I have been mining with a RTX 3080ti for a little bit and messing with settings to increase hashrate a bit. I'm using hiveos and wondering what may be resetting my uptime. When I was using the top cardinality, I was hashing 82-85mh/s, and stayed up for a few days. Changed setttings and get 85-87mh/s but it resets miner every day in half. It moves up and down from 280w-my PL of 300w. What can be resetting my uptime? Is it normal to have it fluctuate consistently? Does it matter if it resets every couple of days?I have 1660ti that don't move at all. New to mining thank you. [link] [comments]

How does ethusd price affect ether software development? Posted: 28 Nov 2021 08:30 AM PST I just discovered cryptozombie and learning it. How is learning programming for crypto affected by crypto prices like eth? [link] [comments]
Posted: 28 Nov 2021 10:26 AM PST I've read that when a contract selfdestructs, it wont have code, so you can't interact with it. How does it work? Why we can't update contract code because the blockchain is inmutabe but we can remove its code? [link] [comments]
Posted: 28 Nov 2021 09:58 AM PST Something is brewing in the depths of Crypto Twitter and Discord folks. In case you don't know the very short and bizarre story behind $PEOPLE, it's a fun one. -ConstitutionDAO forms within two weeks, to buy a private copy of the US constitution from Sotheby's. -Contributors deposit ETH @ 1:1,000,000 for PEOPLE governance token. Not really suggesting purchase as I was an original contributooooooor. Great for challenging your patience though! It's unique stories like this that makes ETH so compelling! [link] [comments]
Buying crypto with a UK bank account while in the US Posted: 27 Nov 2021 06:56 PM PST Background: My wife and I lived and worked in the London for a couple of years and still have some wages left in a bank account. I want to be able to use some/all of that money to buy ETH/BTC. Does anyone here have any experiences with this sort of transfer? If so, what platform did you use? (I tried Binance using a VPN but had identity confirmation issues. Is there any tax issues I would need to be aware of if I were able to pull this off? [link] [comments]
