WTF did ripple do so wrong to get sued by SEC when $SHIB is allowed to rampage through the market like this

    Posted: 27 Oct 2021 09:08 PM PDT

How on earth is it deemed ok for such a big rug pull setup to run unregulated on the market when a project like XRP is under scrutiny by the SEC. What are they even doing?

Got some XRP (Was helping a friend get some cash) I was planing on just selling it but I cannot figure out where.

    Posted: 28 Oct 2021 10:15 PM PDT

I received it in my coinbase wallet but they do not seem to support trading it, I have a binance, kraken, and freiexchange account but none of them seem to work either.

I guess I could hold onto it forever but i'd like to at least know what a good place to sell it might be. Thanks guys.

    Simple question about XRP

    Posted: 28 Oct 2021 04:57 AM PDT

Guys, I have a simple question about XRP that no one can explain to me.

If all banks and clients have sandbox or private ledgers why would XRP price go up ever when everything can happen on sidechain?

If agencies / people start using XRP without exchanges, how does the price rise? Ripple sells direct to its customers, so there is no price increase on that avenue. I'm sure R3 does the same with their customers. Banks and governments are most likely in the same boat.

I have nothing against ripple, on the contrary, I invested in XRP, but this doubt is in my head every day.

Ripple Tackles $78 Billion Remittance Industry in Middle East Using New XRP-Based On-Demand Liquidity Program

This is how SEC should have settled with Ripple.

    Posted: 27 Oct 2021 06:29 PM PDT

    Right now...

    • Less XRP holders as time passes by
    • XRP price remains stagnant as compared to other coins.
    • if Ripple releases a standard 100m per month into the supply, this will take 40 years to finish. Unless they release 1b per month into the supple then it will be 4 years. The amount that is released also affects the XRP price to decrease.

Now how do we solve the aboves?

    SEC..

    • If price is below $10, SEC allows Ripple releases only 10m per month into the supply.
    • If price is between $10-$100, SEC allows Ripple to release only up to 100m per month into the supply.
    • If XRP price is above $1000, SEC allows Ripple to release up to 1b per month into the supply.

On top of that, Ripple must also buy back of at least 90% of the amount that they have released to the supply chain within a fix period of time and Ripple is not allowed to sell anything they hold for at least 3 weeks after purchase.

By agreeing to the above, SEC should allow Ripple to be a non security or a currency class. This will not hurt XRP holders and this will benefit all.

This should allow other exchanges to trade XRP in their platforms with ease of mind.

By doing all the above, there should be more XRP holders that will be confident to buy MORE XRP for the long term as well as more financial institutions to work alongside with Ripple.

When XRP price is high. I do not see any problem why XRP cannot be bought in fraction in the future like Bitcoin. 1 XRP is made out of 1 million drops after all.
