Emblem.finance (Emblemvault) has now added Litecoin wallet addresses to its application.

I will be drafting a user guide to show how to do this, using Litecoin wallets to fund and recover the coins/assets.

Please follow this guide on XCP Counterparty - but using the LTC address/explorer on the application.

Using NFTs to tokenize Litecoin wallet addresses on EVM networks is for the use in our forthcoming Universal Cryptocurrency/NFT DEX.

The UI is in final stages - Here is a basic UI test (Prior to the addition of LTC).

Sent LTC to an old Electrum-LTC wallet.. need help

    Posted: 13 Aug 2021 09:30 PM PDT

Any good help here would be much appreciated.. I sent some Litecoin from a mobile wallet to my desktop Electrum-LTC wallet, wanting all my LTC in one place. All went well until I went in to check they had come through, and the newly sent coins weren't there :/

I googled, turned out my desktop wallet needed updated as it was version 2.8.3.5 and electrum-ltc.org has a message (from 2019, yes, I just been a'hodlin') saying: "Versions of Electrum-LTC older than 3.3.3 are vulnerable to a phishing attack, where malicious servers are able to display a message asking users to download a fake version of Electrum. To prevent user exposure, versions older than 3.3 can no longer connect to public servers, and must be upgraded."

I went ahead and did the upgrade, but... the new upgraded wallet wouldn't open! So, checking back I noticed the Electrum-LTC upgrade is for MacOS 10.13 and higher arghh, my Mac is Sierra version 10.12.6!! I really don't want to upgrade my computer, unless there is no way around it ...

Also, once I sort this out, and am able to access the upgraded Electrum-LTC wallet, will my recently moved coins be in there, if I sent them to an address associated with my original Electrum-LTC 2.8.3.5?

Damn, hahaha, I am confused! Any ideas most welcome, ladies and gentlemen of Litecoin :) Thanks!

TL;DR - Do I have to upgrade my Mac 10.12.6, in order to access my newly upgraded Electrum-LTC wallet? And where would my newly moved coins be found if I sent them to Electrum-LTC 2.8.3.5 (which is no longer able to connect to public servers)
