    I was definitely expecting some sort of increase in price, but holyyy! If I knew I would have at least bet on it on CoinFantasy or something wtf… it took everybody by surprise. The real question that remains though, will it keep rising or a downfall is eminent?

    Never realized how powerful Linux based projects are !

    The reason being that Linux is by far the most widely used Operating system in the world by a LANDSLIDE ASWELL.

    Here are a couple stats for people who don't fully understand the power Linux has in its hands:

    • 90% of all cloud infrastructure runs on Linux

    • 100% of the top 500 super computers run on Linux

    • 96.3% of the top 1 million servers run on Linux

    • 85% of all smartphones are based on Linux

    This means that any project building on it will be easily adopted anywhere and on any platform. I saw this first hand with Cartesi, they're one of the firsts to build on Linux and they're actually really powerful and are seeing great success as I mentioned in the title. This power leveraged by interoperability between devices and OSes will definitely make them, or anyone deciding to implement the same idea, very prosperous.

    What are your predictions for the interval when the peak will take place?

    The most convincing peak predictions I have heard from Benjamin Cowen on YT. He makes a strong case for prolonged cycles with diminishing returns. However recently the sentiment seems to change since Bitcoin is recovering very fast from the last low.

    I still wonder if the peak might happen Q1 2022.

    I feel like launchpads are not doing what needs to be done in order to keep their communities satisfied.

    I know that the whole launchpad concept was invented in order to insure a way for startups to finance their projects, and no one can deny they had an impact doing this job. However, they also have a role to play towards investors, and here is the problem that I want to discuss.

    Never forget that crypto launchpads also represent a chance for investors to make money, by financing projects before they get launched, purchasing their tokens at a discount price. Honestly, I do not see that happening anymore, these platforms became more like a place for rich investors to put their money in, and wait for their allocations. And I have tasted the bitter of that, especially when most launchpads support multiple tier investments, which directly gives whales the advantage on regular investors.

    Recently, I have registered for the whitelisting of new launchpad, which we can call the new kid on the block. But reports are saying it really has a very high potential, especially because it only supports one investment tier, and I hope that can solve the issue I mentioned above. In addition to the fact that it grants 67% of allocations to investors.

    I'm not going to lie, launchpads are necessary in today's crypto market, but they need to keep updating their strategies, like how can a newbie offer 67% allocations while the faces that run the place struggle to make it to 4%?
