Is Bitcoin cash a good profiting asset atm? Posted: 23 Aug 2021 09:29 PM PDT I'm new into crypto, only been around for about 6 months now. I bought 2 BCH at $500, I kinda regret not getting cardano back then instead. Only reason I still hold out and don't swap it over to ADA is I have noticed that bch will have huge spikes in bull runs but it just seems to be lacking right now… what do you guys think? Reusing the same Flipstarter page Posted: 24 Aug 2021 11:03 AM PDT For those that plan to have multiple projects crowdfunded via Flipstarter, is it okay to reuse the same website? I see that these campaigns often buy a domain for the purpose of bringing people directly to fundraising, but if a team or person are continually working on a project to benefit Bitcoin Cash, perhaps they have multiple Flipstarters during that time. Can they use the same site, and simply archive those campaigns that were successfully completed? [link] [comments]

So I created a token with the name noise cash now I am a scammer. Posted: 23 Aug 2021 10:39 PM PDT I don't know what to tell you, maybe goodbye. https://read.cash/@francis105d1/i-dont-know-what-to-tell-you-maybe-goodbye-b0bcd484 It was nice writing for noise. cash and read.cash, and I surely enjoy it, and I will not lie to you creating the token noise cash early adopters have open my eyes to truly sad reality, and for me, it is a truly sad reality, and the problem is that once you learn something it can't be unlearned, so you have no way but to live with that and move on. As you may know already both my read cash and noise cash accounts have been flagged as a scam and it is a warning and the reason is very simple it is because I was promoting noise cash early adopters a token that is not officially from any of both websites. And the read cash administrator is right I could be in a lot of trouble for copying their name because I am an individual and I can be served an as such taken to court and I will be having issues also with the FCC and SEC, and who knows what other governments branches. But the first reason why my token was a clear scam is that I was trying to use noise cash name with two more words and read cash administration just reach to me to Reddit saying in a case court I could lose very easily, and he is right I could because I live in the real world. But the sad part is not that I could be in trouble the sad part is that Bitcoin Cash is doing the same that I was trying to do, which is to take Bitcoin's name. That is the sad truth that I can think of because, in reality, I hate the fact that with Bitcoin you must pay higher fees and that eventually, poor people won't be able to afford the fees, and yet we have a Bitcoin that works like Bitcoin is supposed to work but yet it is also a scam because a very simple fact it shares its name. I am not attacking Bitcoin Cash, it just that I come to realize that what I was doing using the name noise cash is exactly the same that Bitcoin Cash is doing to Bitcoin, the only difference is that since Bitcoin is decentralized and its creator doesn't care you can create many copies of it and use its name of his creation. If Satoshi Nakamoto was around he will be able to sue Bitcoin Cash supporters for using the name of his creation same thing that noise cash could do to me, because they are around. Note I am not attacking Bitcoin Cash, I am just realizing that what I am doing is wrong, it is indeed a sad thing for me. I hope you don't hold it against me. And I wish I never created that token because that way I could be writing about Bitcoin Cash without a care in the world, but now I know I am writing about something that has taken another project's effort, and the only reason why it allows it is because Satoshi Nakamoto is not around. And yet I hate Bitcoin because now you need $200 to use a lightning network and now even whole countries will use custodians as the way to go and call that shit Bitcoin. Read cash administrator Reddit comment. https://www.reddit.com/r/btc/comments/pa70l9/well_now_i_am_a_scammer/ha4g1ax/?context=3 You have created a "Noise Cash Early Adopters" token. I was not too happy, but I tolerated it. Then you started selling it.
Then you come in and say "Hey, I've spent 5 minutes creating a useless shit-token with 'noise.cash' in the name, I'm entitled to use this name because of my reasons!" No, you aren't! We put in a ton of effort and money into this, you are trying to profit from it. Needless to say, you are violating the trademark law too. No, when you add two words to the name, you still violate the trademark law. If we were to sue you, the judge will explain it in detail to you. 3) by definition: "A scam is a deceptive scheme or trick used to cheat someone out of something, especially money.". You deceive people by using "noise.cash" in the token name and you cheat them out of their money by selling it to them. People will automatically think that the "Noise Cash Early Adopters" token is something related to "noise.cash", which it isn't - that's a deception, so this is a scam. 4) The only thing that your token does is making you money. Again, a scam. Again, I was kind of indifferent to it until you started selling it. What you do is illegal (both from a securities point of view and from the trademark law point of view, and yes, we own the noise.cash trademark, yes, we could sue you for this in nearly any jurisdiction) and you don't have any moral right to be outraged. You are wrong. I explained it all to you in private and asked you to stop it. You told me you wouldn't stop. Since my warning wasn't effective, we've put the scammer label on you and a disclaimer to distance you. If you are so sure that what you do is right, you should create "Apple computers early adopters" and "Facebook early adopters" coins and start marketing them on Apple forums and Facebook. Let me know how it goes (after they're done using you, of course). [link] [comments]

Democracy is the best government system at the moment. Posted: 23 Aug 2021 05:30 PM PDT https://read.cash/@francis105d1/democracy-is-the-best-government-system-at-the-moment-12ded810 Wouldn't peer to peer mean that eventually, governments will starve out for financial revenue? and wouldn't those same governments actively seek that revenue out and with violence? Wouldn't be wiser to just work with the government instead of being against it? I am just asking those questions, and thinking about Bitcoin Cash and what future could be waiting for those of us that believe that peer-to-peer currency and what the future will bring. I know that the separation of state from church was not a walk in the park nor it was peaceful either, am I wrong in this assumption? [link] [comments] |
