If XRP is a security so is The Dollar? Posted: 03 May 2021 05:03 PM PDT Am I right in understanding that: The Treasury Department is the Factual jurisdiction legally assigned to deem either 1) a Currency; 2) a Security; regarding these sorts of formal procedures: 1) If a Currency, De Facto not a Security, thus not under SEC jurisdiction. 2) If a Security, deemed not a currency; within SEC jurisdiction. Is this not the legal Hierarchy structure? Otherwise the SEC could accuse the Treasury of printing a security? [link] [comments] | ||
