I often hear that XRP need to have a high dollar price to be effective. But what if the dollar would devalue and lose most of its value, how would that effect the utility of XRP? Could the price of XRP then stay low and still be effective?

I see a lot of horror stories when dealing with Bitrue. I know they offer a lot of XRP pairs and other features that the more established exchanges don't offer. However, are they a reputable exchange? Is it worth dealing with the potential risks? Thanks in advance for your thoughts.
