    New to Litecoin

    Posted: 14 Feb 2021 12:36 AM PST

I'm new to litecoin, feels like I've come in pretty late given it's at around $230 per coin. But I'm new to crypto trading in general and I'm just wondering if it's worth buying a couple litecoins, or if it's too late ...

Been doing some research into LTC and had some questions

    Posted: 14 Feb 2021 01:36 AM PST

So I'm very intrigued by cryptos that have 1. Max cap 2. Quick transactions 3. Relatively cheap transaction fees 4. Scalable

So we know litecoin has the first 3. The next question is. Number 4.

How scalable is litecoin? Will it face the same problems that currently plague Bitcoin? Why or why not?

As someone who is going to be investing into Crypto starting at the end of the month. Do you recommend that I start with investing in Litecoin? I have also been looking at Ethereum and potentially Doge. I am an apprentice and looking to invest some of my money that I save each month.

Easy way to profit from trading cryptocurrency (not a get rich quick scheme)

    PUMPING AND DUMPING

    What is pumping and dumping?

Well, let me explain it to you very simply, when the demand for a coin increases, meaning that a lot of people buy said coin, the price will be raised. Now if enough people buy said coin at the same time, the price will increase A LOT, and the ones that bought it first make money by selling the coin to "outsiders" at a profit. The very act of pumping is a form of market manipulation using social media to lure "outsiders" to buy the coin after you have bought it at a lower price and thus increasing the market value.

You might have already tried out some of the different crypto trading strategies. But have you ever seen the results you wished for? No matter how fast you are, how perfect your internet is or how well your bot is working you can never be fast enough to enjoy the first major spike of the pump. This is because all the big groups sell information about what coin they will be pumping to well-paying whales or premium members of their groups beforehand. So while they can prepare accordingly and rake in profits often well over 500 % you have to be glad to make 10 % or even to not lose any money.

best pools for litecoin? (antminer L3+)

    Posted: 14 Feb 2021 01:12 AM PST

Hi guys, just recently moved to Tokyo and bought a Bitmain antminer l3+ from the Japanese eBay equivalent (mercari). It arrived today and it's barely used as described and is running smoothly but I'm wondering if prohashing.com is the best pool or if I should use nicehash or litecoinpool to get the most out of my machine.

If anyone has any tips or what their set up is and like to share I would be very grateful!

Currently my main is prohashing (going from youtube setup tutorial vids) and it's doing 50 cents after 3 hrs which isn't bad.

p.s. I live in a sharehouse so I don't have to worry about utilities :)

    Celsius Network legit?

    Posted: 14 Feb 2021 09:58 AM PST

I've recently discovered the Celsius Network and it's sounds great. Almost too good to be true. I've done some research and it's crazy how many apposing sentiments I've read. Even the reviews on the app are either 1 star or 5 stars. Apparently they are going to be offering insurance soon so prob what I will do is just start small for now and get a feel for it, then if they get the insurance I will really jump in. Anyway was curious what my fellow LTC heads thought about Celsius or if anyone has experience with them. Thanks.
