Now that Eth 2 has launched, where can I go to keep track of progress on the merger?

    Posted: 12 Dec 2020 10:34 AM PST

I really enjoyed watching the beacon chain progress culminate in the successful launch this year, where can I go to do the same with the merger?

Buccaneer V2 - Ethereum smart-contract to execute anonymus transacations

    Posted: 12 Dec 2020 06:31 AM PST

Statement of problem. Blockchains are transparent, that mean the availability of tracking of each transaction and potentially disclosure the wallet owner. Moreover, all wallets belonging and created by Exchanges, such as Binance, Huobi, Okex, Kraken are already being tracked by some qualified companies and intelligence services.

Buccaneer V2 is the Smart-Contract which prevent tracing in Ethereum blockchain.

Buccaneer V2 is fully compatible with any Ethereum contract or DEX while maintaining it's absolute privacy.

‘ETH Killer’ blockchains – Do they stand a chance?

    Posted: 12 Dec 2020 06:01 AM PST

Can someone explain it in simple terms, what will happen to my ETH when Ethereum 2.0 stable main network goes live?

Information about this matter is a lot more convoluted than it needs to be for such a valuable asset. Thanks in advance.

    Smart Contracts help required

    Posted: 12 Dec 2020 04:04 AM PST

I'm not a developer as such, but understand Etherum environment quite well. I'm currently working on a platform and would need your help, ...perhaps I use incorrect terminology of coders, but I hope you will know what I'm asking for.

Does anyone know of a depository/hub/or other places where I could find a smart contract "templates"? I know three or so years ago if you wanted to build anything on Ethereum using smart contracts you needed to create and code your own contract from scratch. These days are gone and I'm sure I can get a template that would suit my requirements, change some things and build what I need.
I need to create an MVP, so this doesn't need to be a fully polished project. If you could suggest something, I would really appreciate your help.

I've been seeing people post similar things on social media. I don't understand what this is and how is this not some type of pyramid scheme? I'm not interested in participating, just curious.

Effects of potential stablecoin dominance for value transfer transactions

    Posted: 12 Dec 2020 09:33 AM PST

I've been trying to think through the impact of stablecoins on the ethereum market and economy, and I wanted to get everyone's thoughts. Since the value of USD is fairly stable and reliable (I know there's still risk of inflation and stuff... let's just assume that it will continue to be a solid currency for most uses), I could imagine a future where mainstream adoption occurs but almost everyone just holds and transacts in USD stablecoins, instead of ETH.

What incentives are there to use base ETH over stablecoins for most applications? And is there anything stopping the ethereum economy from just becoming a back-end foundational infrastructure on which a much large stablecoin economy runs?

Would stablecoin dominance stall ETH price? Would it disrupt any other aspects of the market? Would it disrupt the vision of ethereum?

    Thanks for you comments!

    Exporting xpub from Eth wallet.

    Posted: 12 Dec 2020 09:16 AM PST

I want to export a specific account from a Eth wallet derivation path.

I want to export the xpub from "44'/60'/2'/0/0".

My question is: by putting this xpub on another desktop wallet (like exodus), Will I be able to see only the specific account "2" or I will also see the accounts "44 '/ 60' / 1 '/ 0/0" and "44' / 60 ' / 0 '/ 0/0 "?

Thanks, any advice will be appreciated.

Is there a way to search the 'input data' field in the blockchain?

    Posted: 12 Dec 2020 01:41 AM PST

F.ex. if someone adds the input data 'hello world' to a transaction. Is there a tool like e.g. etherscan to search the whole blockchain for 'hello' and then this transaction would show up?

If not, is it possible to make a smart contract that can search the blockchain?

Thanks, I'm a little new to ethereum and solidity hope it's ok to ask here.
