Someone is trying to build a sharded DLT in three weeks as proof of concept! Posted: 27 Nov 2020 10:45 PM PST So cto from radix wants to prove their solution isn't some vaporware. He made the bold claim that he can build a basic sharded dlt in no less than 3 weeks. This sounds sheer impossible to me but he is posting updates almost daily on Twitter. Wonder if someone more technical could have a look [link] [comments]
Error sending $OCEAN to exchange Posted: 28 Nov 2020 11:07 AM PST Wondering if anyone may be able to help. I purchased some OCEAN and it's stored with MyCrypto.com on my Ledger Nano. I tried many times to send it to Binance, but I keep getting this error "ERC-20 Token Transfer Error (Unable to locate corresponding Transfer Event Logs), Check with Sender." I've tried using two different browsers. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you! [link] [comments]
Possible EIP proposal: Elliptic SSS scheme Posted: 28 Nov 2020 05:06 AM PST Hi everyone! Would like to propose the solution for sharing the private key / other sensitive information with a modified SSS scheme. The key features are: 1) the secret restoration is not possible without corresponding signatures 2) share[i] belongs to privateKey[i] only, which means it can't be signed with a different private key I hope this approach can help on the application level to share sensitive information or it can be used as m-of-n multi-signature (this is discussable). Here is the repo with a concept description and working example in node.js: https://github.com/ega-forever/esss Any comments are appropriated! [link] [comments]
Help needed to understand eth2 deposit_data file Posted: 27 Nov 2020 09:20 PM PST Hi All, I am wondering if someone could help me with a question. I have recently created the validator keys for the Eth2.0 P0 launch. Using the deposit client avaialbe on Eth2 website, the deposit_data file was created. Looking inside it, there are 9 different entries in total. They are:
Can someone please explain what the difference between the first 6 items are and their purpose? [link] [comments]
Posted: 27 Nov 2020 09:07 PM PST Hey all, I am a newbie to the field, but am interested and want to join in. I have some hardware I could use for mining, nothing fancy but I'd rather use it than not. Is mining even worth it still? Are there any concise guides or things you wish you knew when starting off? [link] [comments]
An CETF holds assets such as cryptocurrency, tokens, coins.. Posted: 28 Nov 2020 02:33 AM PST An CETF holds assets such as cryptocurrency, tokens, coins and generally operates with an arbitrage mechanism designed to keep it trading close to its net asset value, although deviations can occasionally occur. https://t.me/unicapfinance [link] [comments] |
