Need advice from experienced miners ☝️ Posted: 23 Oct 2020 07:39 AM PDT "Guys, hello everyone! I am a beginner miner and I would like to ask you - what services, sites, calculators and so on you use on a regular basis, thus simplifying the work process for yourself. Maybe some useful sources, sites. Just type a name without urls so I'll find out. Thanks for your answers!" [link] [comments]

Need help choosing rig with no electricity expense Posted: 22 Oct 2020 08:44 AM PDT Hello, Interested in hearing your thoughts about this! In the case that you had no electricity expense and around 3000$ give or take a couple of hundred, what is the rig you would build if you were getting started with mining crypto? Thanks :) [link] [comments]

Posted: 21 Oct 2020 11:30 AM PDT I have two mining rigs at the moment. On is 4x 5700s and 2 vegas that hashes at 290mhs, and the second is my gaming rig with a 1080ti that I leave hashing 24/7 with an average of 28mhs. Over the least 2 weeks, the AMD rig gets roughly 8000 shares per day on HiveON, but somehow the 1080ti manages about 2000 shares per day, only a quarter of the amount of the AMD rig but with about 1/10 the hashrate. Whats going on here? They both have the same wallet address in the same pool. Are the shares for some reason a lower difficulty for the 1080ti? Since it has a lower hashrate does it receive a lower difficulty? Saw a similar question a few days ago, just wanted to elaborate. [link] [comments] |
