    Binance.US locked the account without informing me and now closing support tickets without a response or resolution. NEVER UNDERESTIMATE THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN TO YOU.

    That simple, it happened to many people and now its my turn. They literally mean "we took your money and we don't want to talk with you. Go away ". If someone here knows the legal bases of this action that how they can lock the account and refuse communicating, please share.

    PS. I appreciate their diligence on accounts security. But the the point is, if you lock the account, give it second priority after those hacked, communicate immediately and resolve it either by Reactivation or Letting him go (of course unless it is funded by illegal money). I understand Binance.US is a private business and they can choose who they want to work or not without even telling them why. For sake of your own business's interest, have transparency and be commutative.

    UPDATE: someone from Binance.US commented here and escalated the closed ticket. Support team asked for video proof which I just sent. So far so good. I'll update the thread accordingly.

    I've never had a problem with trading up until this point but now I'm scared my money is gone.

    Okay so last night I decided I wanted to sell all my ETH. Well as soon as I sent it from my trezor to coinbase gas fees skyrocketed and my transaction got put on pending. I remembered you can cancel transactions on metamask so I connected the trezor to metamask but it showed I had all my ETH while exodus showed I had 0 ETH. Well after a while exodus showed I had all my ETH back with a transaction of 0 ETH sent to me. Meanwhile on ethscanner it still showed pending. I decided to not mess with ETH anymore and to just convert it to BTC on the built in exodus exchange and for a second I thought it worked, that was until all my ETH was gone and none of the BTC was in my wallet. Exodus said the transaction was taking longer than usual and sent me a transaction id that leads to nothing.

    Is all my money gone for good?

    Hi All, yeah Crypto is kinda cool and super fast but what kind of cryptocurrency would I introduce my friends to?
    What phone apps for wallets? is there also a payment request system where you can send 1 message where everyone can send the exact same amount of crypto to lets say pay back the round at a bar?
    Is there a way to have a system where people can send X - money with Ideal to me, where I get the ammount back in Crypto?
