Posted: 12 Jul 2020 05:16 AM PDT Hello All! It's been about 6 months since AIO INC shutdown. I am happy to report yesterday I was able to upload all of the source code for the application (https://github.com/BobbyGR/AIOMiner/tree/master/APPLICATION). I am working hard to upload the API and WebSite to eventually bundle this all into one easy package that anyone can put together and create your own miner/api/website for rig controls. If you find yourself bored and want to help out, that would be awesome! Also, if any of you remember, AIOMiner 9 was going to support CPU/ASIC's, All of the code was written for it, just the GUI cost a boat load and used up a ton of resources, but the code was great (no more .json files, all sql driven), so ill be looking to get that up after this is settled for anyone to use. If you find yourself bored and wanting to work on a project, feel free to download the source, make changes etc and ship it up! Thank You! [link] [comments] |
Posted: 12 Jul 2020 04:04 AM PDT I know it's a niche but since most of the Apple computers come with AMD GPUs or can be used with Navi GPUs or Radeon VIIs, is there a working ETH miner? [link] [comments] |
Motherboard turns on then off after 6 seconds repetitively. Posted: 11 Jul 2020 02:43 PM PDT Can anyone help me this is happening to 2 of my rigs after I built them. The only thing I have connected to my PSU is the motherboard and the cpu. I know the board isn't fried because I just received a new one from amazon. Any suggestions are appreciated. *update with no ram installed it stays running. [link] [comments] |
Riser power melting power supply connector. Posted: 11 Jul 2020 05:27 PM PDT All right I've been running steady for four months no issues now I'm having this one problem on my modular power supply the risers for some reason take so much power at the point where the connector on my modular power supply melted and burned in terms of the graphics card 12 volt power there is no issues there, why is the risers taking so much power? I'm running 6 RX 570 4GB and 1 RX 480 4GB All 7 graphics card power total is 572 Watts Mining at a 29 to 30 MHs on all [link] [comments] |
Attic-Rig cooling sanity check Posted: 11 Jul 2020 09:14 AM PDT Well it's that time of the year and it's hot as heck in Texas. Right now my rig is centrally located in my make-shift stair way server closet and I'm wanting to move it into the attic to keep my a/c from running as much since the closet exhausts right in front of the return. So not ideal location but gets the job done. The rig case and enclosure is large enough that I could just buy a tarp and x2 box fans strap the fans to the side for a push and pull grow set up. Would the two box fans be considered sufficient enough to keep it cool or should I consider getting a portable AC unit? (this is more of a final measure to prevent hardware failure but would probably still be cheaper than running the full AC in terms of cooling capacity.) Rig is: 8x Rx 580 and I have 4x rx 5700 I'm going to phase in and take out Rx 580s as I get more 5700s for a total of 12. Most of the rx580s have a home already. Thank you in advance for any and all help! [link] [comments] |
