The flaws of centralized social media platforms have gained mainstream attention recently, when Twitter was compromised, allowing an attacker to gain control of many of the largest accounts.

But even before last week, issues like deplatforming and data protection requirements have created an opportunity for decentralized social networks to gain ground.

What role can decentralized protocols play in the future of social networks?

Is the blockspace for Ethereum being raised?

    Posted: 20 Jul 2020 05:01 AM PDT

Gas prices have increased to 80 Gwei and don't seem like coming down on an average. There are some single complex DeFi transactions which themselves take up the whole blockspace.

There were some talks of consensus to increase the blockspace. Is this happening? If yes when and by how much?
