Why is Bitcoin Cash such a hated coin?

    Posted: 18 Jun 2020 12:43 PM PDT

I'm very confused why this Coin is hated so much. The more people hate it the more I buy BCH, people are(not you guys) really missing the potential BCH has in the near future.

    Feedback for gifts.bitcoin.com

    Posted: 18 Jun 2020 08:02 AM PDT

    Hi!

After I send a few gifts to my friends using gifts.bitcoin.com, I discovered that a few improvements could be implemented:

    1. Local languages, not everybody understand English
    2. QR codes for app download
    3. More themes. If the gift looks great, it attracts more attention.

    I hope this is helpful!

    BCH Games

    Posted: 18 Jun 2020 04:49 PM PDT

I saw this on r/ethereum today and it reminded me of this post I made a year ago. Has there been any new games announced that run on BCH? Is anyone working on something they'd like to hint at? I still think a good video game could do wonders for adoption. Transaction fees would handle a sudden influx of new users...so where are the games? Seems to me that it's a ripe opportunity.

    Purse.io questions

    Purse.io questions

Since Purse.io will continue to exist (and I love using it as a buyer) I decided to look into how the sausage is made a bit and checked out the earner side of the site. I had a couple questions/observations about it. Here is the current earner page:

    https://preview.redd.it/smrlwkppfp551.png?width=1920&format=png&auto=webp&s=8c0743c82cac46a6ecf4736951b32e383fc8ecf3

My thoughts and questions on this:

    • I didn't realize that almost anyone on the internet, without even registering on the site, can see your username and what you want to order. For registered earners I guess this makes sense as required info, but it seems ripe for scraping abuse, and makes me reconsider the username I chose to use when signing up. But is it great for unauthenticated users to be able to see everyone's order?
    • Because of the above, would the site consider doing something to obscure usernames, even if it's similar to ebay's not-full-obfuscation system, e.g. username -> u******e ? You can already see the rating right next to the name so it's not like you're losing much info as an earner.
    • Is the best deal an earner can get right now a staggering 37% discount? That seems like insane percentage; all my purchases in the past were (based on the guidance of the site) around 10-15% tops. I realize all the lower discounts orders would get snapped up first... Is there just a dearth of buyers for lower discount %s right now, potentially due to the previous uncertainty about the site's future? (I see now the lower discount orders become available to you once you 'level up' which I assume means just successfully fulfilling some orders)

Just asking as I really love the site and want to see it continue and thrive.
