GPU Mining Trouble mining ETC |
| Posted: 21 Apr 2020 11:42 AM PDT Hi guys. I tried like 6 hours today to get my rig to mine ETC with a bunch of different mining programs. I was not able to do it and at the end I came to a conclusion that my cards have to little GB to mine it I am running Nvidia GTX 1060 3 GB's Is my conclusion correct or is there something I did wrong and could change to mine it? | Eth miners, what are you doing after 2.0? Posted: 21 Apr 2020 10:17 AM PDT I'm not sure what I want to do, either sell my 5x 1070 rig or try to mine PGN/RVN or some other coin. I have a feeling the "deadline" to sell it would be the Eth 2.0 release, after which the market may be flooded with used cards and the card price drops even further than it is now. Two questions for current eth miners: -What are your plans for after the 2.0 release? -Any recommendations on places to sell rig parts/cards? It looks like I can sell on Amazon but I'd consider Ebay or others. Just want to get the highest price per card and be able to sell off the individual rig parts (open-air cage, pci/usb cables, mining motherboard). [link] [comments]  |
