    Question: Gas prices in 2.0

    Posted: 20 Apr 2020 06:08 AM PDT

Is there any article that discusses gas prices in ETH 2.0? Currently, gas can fluctuate significantly, for example winter of 2018/19... I am aware that some blockchains have little to no fees, or fees can be covered by developers for example. I used to follow ICON (ICX) for a long time, they had a feature where a certain amount of tokens could be staked by the developer, to allow unlimited transactions on the dApp. Just interested if ETH 2.0 might have a more progressive system.... p.s. I understand there needs to be a reward system for validating the network :) Thanks!

    need help accessing my funds

    Posted: 20 Apr 2020 05:39 AM PDT

Hi, i was using the official ethereum wallet 2 years ago. After running a full node and hitting almost 100-200 Gb i stopped using it . I tried to use mycrypto wallet to import my keystore file. I tried inserting my old password but he keeps telling my that it is wrong.

I cannot access my old eth because my old ethereum wallet is not working. How do i gain access to my ethereum.

When i start ethereum wallet it shows my old balance for a short time and then jumps back to showing 0 balance and trying to sync. Is there a way to still use the old ethereum wallet ?

A proposal for saving and displaying images onchain for tokens

    Posted: 20 Apr 2020 06:54 AM PDT

Our team just submitted a proposal for saving and display images onchain for tokens. This proposal presents a means to save an image directly in Ethereum and display an image retrieved directly from Ethereum.

Anyone is welcome to join us. And here are the links:

Ethereum consensus model, how is it going to beat the bad guys in the future.

    Posted: 20 Apr 2020 05:15 AM PDT

    Hi,

Imagine global adoption where the majority of people doesn't even know they are using crypto. Who will become the major stakeholders? I'm assuming the biggest exchanges will be the biggest holders.

Where BTC evolved from a decentralized model towards a model where everyone shifts to pools for mining, i'm wondering how a future for ETH would look like. As i know too little from ETH 2.0's consensus model, i know it's not fully POS. But i fear a future for POS coins where the model will shift towards more centralization.

This came to mind when i heard the news about that joker from Tron taking over Steem with the help of CZ from Binance.

    Thank you for your time!
