Cheaper alternative to coinbase Posted: 10 Oct 2019 11:42 AM PDT I make many small trades between 20-80 every week or so throughout the week. I do many small trades. I have about $800 my coinbase acc. So far. I looked at abra after someone suggested it but that's more expensive at $10 dollars fee with trades below $200 through simplex. Im still doing research and making a comparison chart up share when I'm done. Thanks for the suggestions. Cheers [link] [comments]
Elections Canada - Views on Crypto? Posted: 10 Oct 2019 08:39 PM PDT With advanced voting starting this Friday, wondering if anyone has any information to share about candidates positions on cryptocurrencies? I haven't heard a word about it in any debates, but I haven't been paying too much attention tbh. [link] [comments]
Pomp's Coinmine One is Not the Best Investment Posted: 10 Oct 2019 10:52 AM PDT https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GVaUe4-jj38 I took a look at the economics behind the Coinmine one box. Unless you have free electricity, you end up mining crypto for Coinmine not yourself. At the end of the day you're better off buying crypto with the $700 rather than hoping this box lasts the 10 years it takes to pay for itself. [link] [comments]
Scaling solution BTC, how to destroy dust wallets offline after batching them? Posted: 11 Oct 2019 01:16 AM PDT Hi community, since I got banned from /bitcoin I post this message here. Hopefully some replies got me triggered to come up with a workable solution. I'm setting up a payment gateway for micro-transactions for all of CC to fiat and back. This project provide access to all of the shopping public in stores/(super)markets and online. The idea is to sweep dust multiple dust wallets, then batch them in a privately owned wallet (smart contracted), until it's affordable to on-chain collect the BTC (or whatever CC). My challenge is how to destroy the dust private key offline/offchain?? All answers are needed to meet this challenge. Thank you. edit: added solution 1: Would you send your dust private key in exchange for an equal amount of Alt Coin by your choice? [link] [comments]

Reddit, who deserves to win a Crypto Nobel Prize? Posted: 10 Oct 2019 08:52 AM PDT Hey Reddit, who do you think deserves to win a Crypto Nobel Prize? Of course many would choose Satoshi, but that's a mystery man for now. Who else would you want to see nominated for the award? I saw a poll on twitter and thought it'd be great to ask on reddit too.
