"Bitcoin Cash is a movement for p2p cash, taking back control of money from the government back into the commoners hands. That's why folks in Bitcoin Cash will stay way longer than the BTC trolls... because we are here for an idealogy just like the pro-democracy protestors."

Ryan Adams on Twitter: It all makes sense when you realize there is a organized effort to attack anyone who is not a maximalist. You dare question Bitcoin, You dare support Ethereum, You dare dissent, You must be crushed. You deserve no mercy. Maximalists becoming the thing they sought to overthrow.

So as I think it was about a forum post worth some attention here it is again:

"Why did satoshi ever stop posting visiting us?

There are many theories of this. One of them is can Bitcoin continue to function without centralized control? By leaving us he in effect left Bitcoin leaderless and that is by design. This block size issue is likely to be the perfect test since the community has no choice but to implement a hard fork. If Bitcoin survives this it will come out way stronger, there is however also a significant chance that block size issue will turn Bitcoin into a failed experiment."

Getting friends to switch to bch

    Posted: 18 Aug 2019 07:00 AM PDT

So, I was talking to a good friend of mine regarding crypto. He is a bitcoin (original) user and insists that it is the best because of the hash rate. I can sort of get on board with the benefit of hash rate, but after asking him to send me a transaction using 1/sat per byte... it took over 40 hours to confirm. I asked him how this was viable at all for commerce and instantly the answer was that it wasn't. This was someone who never tried out BCH, so I showed him the ropes and sent him a transaction to demonstrate the speed. That is what sold him - he is slowly but surely buying small amounts of bch now. He is someone who holds more than 10 bitcoin so this I think is a good baby step towards the right direction!

    Dystopia is coming.

Since every resident of this city is subject to 24/7 surveillance, bitcoin cash should present itself as a worthwhile tool. Does Bitcoin Cash present itself as a flagship product for this monstrosity and gain in popularity, or does it hide from Neom's view? What are the moral and ideological grounds here?
