| I can't get to my XRP, even though I have the public and private key. Help please! Posted: 27 Jun 2019 12:29 PM PDT Hello lovely people of r/ripple, About 2 years ago I formed a ripple wallet on a web browser wallet, and I saved the public and secret key to my account, along with that keystore file that was tied to my account. I still have these files today, but I don't really remember which wallet client I used to make my account. Furthermore, My best guess is that it was Rippex, which is now closed. I'm stuck with my public and secret key to my account, and this stupid keystore file that doesn't work with any other wallet. What should I do? I'm saddened that I may not be able to retrieve my funds, even though I have the public and private key. The price of ripple has gone up in the past two years, and this would be lucrative for me, if I were to access my account again. I looked up my public address on a ripple explorer, and my account is still active and contains the same amount of XRP I placed in there 2 years ago. Is there any hope? Thanks for reading! | How to trade XRP-GBP without access to most common exchanges? Posted: 27 Jun 2019 02:55 PM PDT Hello! I'm a beginner to cryptocurrencies, but I've read around - including info from this subreddit - and bought my first bunch of XRP via Cryptomate about a month ago, which I keep in a wallet. Since then, I've been looking for an exchange which I can use without submitting my Passport (expired years ago) or Drivers Licence (Sold car so didn't renew after changing address. Likely to renew purely to gain access to exchanges, expected to take a month or so). I can buy more XRP with Cryptomate, but I can't sell to them as they don't offer that facility. Also, While Cryptomate's service seemed to be very good, it seemed quite expensive. My question is, do you know of any exchanges I can use to buy XRP with GBP either directly or perhaps with Bitcoin as an intermediary? Thanks [link] [comments]  | ||
